Hi, I'm Michelle...

I began my education as a math major, but quickly  realized my passion was  nutrition. So, I earned a degree in scientific nutrition from Texas A&M. I married my college sweetheart, Scott, and we've been married for over 30 years. We cherish time with our two adult daughters and son-in-law, and are happily embracing our empty nester life. We love doing ministry together. Whether it's snorkeling, fishing, or hiking, we love adventuring together. Because we want to be active and do these things for a long time, we love "doing wellness" together. We've love for you to join us on the journey and enjoy an active, vibrant life!

Our Story

I have always been interested in nutrition and always cooked healthy food for our family. Both of my parents have autoimmune diseases, so 6 years ago when I started having serious pain in my joints, we were very concerned. It grew progressively worse and I even had to opt out of some hiking with friends because of the pain. After researching, we realized we needed to make some significant changes to our diet and life. After 6 weeks, my pain had lessened significantly. After 6 months, it was completely gone. Then when my father-in-law was diagnosed with early Alzheimers we started also focusing on habits that increase brain health. I am so thankful for all we have learned and continue to learn. Whether it’s sharing healthy recipes, doing one-on-one nutrition and fitness consultations, or wellness seminars for groups of employees, I thoroughly love sharing with others how they can take their next step on the wellness journey. It’s never too early and never too late, and I’d love to partner with you for your next step!
